Alfred CHOWN Executive General
Manager – Lloyd Morgan Asia
Alfred established E.L Consult Hong Kong Ltd.
now known as Lloyd Morgan in Hong Kong in 1988 and has
overseen it's development since that date. A Monash
University Economics graduate, he worked previously as Project
Manager with Dulmison Pty Ltd., a manufacturing subsidiary of AWA
of Australia. Alfred has extensive experience in
manufacturing and construction projects, both civil and structural,
and holds Quality Assurance and ISO9000 accreditation. He is
a former Chairman of the Australian Chamber of Commerce in Hong
Kong and Member of the Professional Services Committee of the
Coalition of Service Industries.
In 1994, he was involved in drawing up the
Code of Ethics and Operating Guidelines for the Executive Search
Industry of Hong Kong, on behalf of the Coalition. Alfred
currently sits on the board of Dulhunty Yangzhou Line Fittings Co.,
a foreign invested manufacturing enterprise in China and holds
board positions in both listed and private companies in Hong Kong,
Malaysia and Australia.

Greg Smith
Executive General Manager – Lloyd Morgan
Australia
Greg has over 8 years strategic Human
Resources Consulting experience and over 18 years senior management
experience, combined with a powerful track record in leading
business turnarounds and delivering sustainable profitable
growth.
Prior to joining Lloyd Morgan Greg held
several senior management positions with Hudson Global Resources
including Director, Consumer Sector Australia and Australasian
Practice Manager, Assessment and Development where he led numerous
large scale projects involving recruitment and assessment. During
this time Greg revitalised key lines of business and delivered
strong organic revenue and profit growth across Hudson’s executive
and non-executive recruitment and talent management practices.
Greg held a number of senior executive
appointments within AMCOR Ltd and North Ltd including Chief
Executive and Group General Manager, AMCOR Merchanting and Trading.
In this role, Greg successfully led major organisational change
that delivered significant market share, revenue and profit growth
in a highly competitive environment through the implementation of
innovative organisation and channel management strategies.
Greg holds a Master of Career
Development together with tertiary qualifications in Marketing.
Greg is also an academic staff member and unit coordinator of
Advanced Career Studies at ECU.
