Gavin Duckham
Practice Leader - Engineering

Gavin has extensive engineering and operational recruitment experience, having spent more than 7 years with a leading UK technical recruitment firm. He relocated to Australia in 2006, successfully recruited for a large recruitment firm, before recently joining Lloyd Morgan. A sound technical appreciation of most aspects of engineering recruitment has assisted Gavin in gaining a full understanding of what his clients and candidates are seeking, a vital element in the recruitment life-cycle.  

 

John Lowe
General Manager - QLD

John started his recruitment career over a decade ago with a global trainer and placement specialist, before being part of the team that created joining Lloyd Morgan Brisbane in 2000.  John’s experience includes executive search, selection and recruitment for a range of Brisbane and National corporate companies, primarily in the disciplines of Sales & Marketing, Business Development and Human Resources. John’s unique experience and knowledge of the roles he specialises in provides his clients with a proven history of matching appropriate and effective candidates to the key criteria client’s demand

Michael Boyd
General Manager - NSW

Michael joined Lloyd Morgan after spending a number of years running a number of divisions within a large multinational transactional recruitment firm and then ran a generalist desk at a niche Executive Search Company; both based in Sydney.  Prior to his recruitment/search career he spent sixteen years in industry holding National and Regional roles in Canada, the USA and Australia.  Michael’s past search and recruitment experience has largely been within the areas of mid to senior management in professional services, operations and sales/marketing. Although his search and industry experience covers a number of industries he can offer Clients and Candidates a deep market understanding in the areas of aviation/defence, FMCG, IT/Telco, heavy industry and media.  Michael has experience and built relationships throughout the region and can offer full end to end executive search and consulting throughout Asia Pacific, Middle East and North America. 

 

 

Nick Roberts
Practice Leader - Finance & Accounting

Nick began his 10 year career in recruitment with the UK’s leading specialist financial recruitment consultancy and transferred to the organisation’s Australian operations in January 1998.  Nick joined Lloyd Morgan in October 2005.  As a Practice Leader of Lloyd Morgan Accounting & Finance division, Nick leads a team of consultants who specialise in the executive level recruitment focusing on qualified accounting and finance roles. Nick’s current client base includes multinational banks, ASX listed blue-chips and SME. Nick holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honours.

Sue Wilkinson
General Manager - QLD

Sue Wilkinson had a successful professional HR career before being part of the founding team of Lloyd Morgan Queensland in 2000. Sue has experience recruiting all levels of staff and focuses on manufacturing, advertising and media, manufacturing, hospitality, Not-for-Profits, Associations, State and Local Government, and professional services for production and operations managers, state managers, sales and marketing managers, general managers, human resource managers and C.E.Os.  Sue has an excellent understanding of targeted selection techniques, behavioural description interview questions, creating competency based selection criteria questions and is very familiar with the Government processes

Tom Key
Principal Consultant - Search

Tom specialises in the recruitment of Executive positions. As part of his role, he is tasked with developing key accounts for the business, as well as providing core expertise across the region. Tom has 13 years recruitment experience across European and Australasian market for International Businesses. Specialising in developing recruitment strategies for the acquisition and retention of the best people for professional companies, Tom is well versed in all relevant attraction strategies for a variety of industry sectors. He excels in providing tailored methodologies to different industries, accounting for sector-specific needs. He has the ability to input on senior team structures, as well as determining relevant skill gaps and succession planning.

Tom is a member of the Senior Leadership team at Lloyd Morgan, and is the lead individual for our external Business development for the group.
