Background:

Job responsibilities:

  • E-Commerce Flagship store Management
    • Set up flagship store strategy and annual business plan
    • Develop and implement new initiatives and partnership to increase traffic on flagship store, and also to increase sales
    • Tracking the KPIs (UV/CR%/AUP) to achieve target
  • E-Commerce Business Development
    • Develop e-Commerce business model including customer development, mechanics, logistics, marketing, sales, delivery and after-sale customer services, for e-Commerce Channel, as well as other platforms (VIP.com, Vertical platforms);
    • Co-lead E-Commerce promotion calendar with customer, use various promotion matrix to leverage brand equity and sales
    • Work closely with SDV and marketing team to allocate /maximize the use of resources and to ensure effective support of E-commerce sales and promo
    • Sales data and web data analysis to support e-commerce decision making
  • e-Marketing
    • Plan and execute online marketing programs and integrated with offline and CRM campaigns
    • Integrate internet platform as part of overall brand strategy, and enhance brand’s prestige presence and uniqueness through various online activities
    • Manage online sampling programs with measurable result
    • Responsible for developing and updating online calendars
    • Work closely with venders (web hosting, developing, design, search, and database agency) for Website plan, update and administration
  • CRM for online channel and database
    • Plan and implement online customer loyalty retention and new customer acquisition programs according to the brand guidelines
    • Integrate online platform with CRM programs and work closely with offline CRM teammate and CRM agency

 

Job requirements:

 

  • 8 years working experience with at least 3 years in E-COM channel
  • Strong online operation experience in Brand or TP
  • Sales experience preferred
  • Bachler Degree
  • Strong commercial attitude and result-oriented mind set;
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Conceptual problem-solving supported by strong confidence is performing data analyses and mining using multiple tools
  • Fast-learning and enthusiast team player
