E-commerce UX Specialist

Background:

  • Our client is a leading sports company 

 

Job responsibilities:

  • Produce and deliver conceptual design through wireframes, design mockups, prototypes, and workflow interaction
  • Provide UX design for activity and whole flow of the website
  • Motior the users’ flow by Hotjar and provide regular reports
  • Must be able to communicate UI/UX concepts effectively to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Work collaboratively with web development, web analytics and commerciality team, to keep tracking the conversions of the site
  • Knowledge of various front end frameworks
  • Work closely with Content team, commerciality team, web performance team from UX perspective for site performance optimization
  • A/B testing, heatmap, activity map, recommendation system performance tracking and follow up

 

Job requirements:

  • With background in ecommerce brand site is a must
  • With experience of UX design and, by using A/B tesing, and heatmap, etc to track performance is a must
  • Strong technical skills, in using Javascript, jQuery, Angular, and various front end frameworks is a strong plus
  • Basic code knowledge, place tracking code for all banners/KV/ to monitor performance
  • Insight for data analytics and ensure accuracy in work
  • Insight of website development through website analytics and heatmap, and A/B testing
  • Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Adobe CS4/5 Photoshop and Illustrator are must
  • Good written and spoken English
