Job responsibilities:

  • Event organization, such as organization and logistics of meeting/activity which hosted by GBG head
  • Visitors host, visit schedule, logistics, etc.
  • Local and International travels, meetings, visa, flight, restaurant, car etc.
  • Expenses, expense claims for both domestic and international
  • Approval, direct reports’ expense vocations approval
  • Emails, screen or clean, reply on behalf of GBG head when authorized
  • Purchase, office supplies purchase 
  • Other tasks from GBG head



  • Minimum 3 years experience as EA in MNC corporations, bachelor (Master will be a plus), preferred major in English, economics, business administration, but not limited to above majors
  • Good writing/oral for English language 
  • Can work under pressure, handle multi-tasks, flexible for working hours (early morning/late night due to time difference for US team), good personality
  • Good communication skills, both internally and externally
  • Smart, learn fast, hands-on organized
  • Trustable, can keep confidential for info
