Job responsibilities:

  • Maintain accounting system, policies, procedures and standards and enforce those meet local regulatory and corporate requirements
  • Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports and submit to local authorities and share to Management members, China FC, Group CFO and, if required, to local and Group Auditor
  • Key role in defining and executing the growth strategy and act as a business partner for the management and sales department in developing and implementing the strategy
  • In charge of all types of commission calculations and final payout numbers after reviewed by China FC
  • Assist China FC with annual budgeting process
  • Manage cashflows as required by local business and headquarter
  • Review and authorize monthly EFT and staff reimbursement
  • Able to meet statutory deadlines by local government bureau
  • Coordinate with HR for monthly payroll including but not limited to online IIT submission
  • Support the business in project evaluation and analysis including market investment proposals and capital investment in China
  • Review and streamline financial analysis work flow periodically & propose risks control measures
  • Maintain relationship with government institutions, including but not limited to Tax Office and bank
  • Ensure the day to day operational support for the businesses are efficient and effective
  • Train and coach staffs in finance department and ensure they can achieve higher level
  • Other ad hoc tasks as required

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accountancy in China
  • Minimum of 6 years of working experience with service/consulting industry preferred
  • Solid understanding of China’s local accounting and tax rules
  • Ability to communicate confidently and effectively across different management levels and culture
  • Ability to lead, supervise, coach and yet adopt a very hands-on managerial style
  • Meticulous, with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive, self-driven and resourceful
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent oral and written English
