Job responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the T2 business strategy together with regional sales leaders
  • Support the Company Group’s new product line sourcing/development initiatives
  • Coordinate with Engineering, Demand & Supply Chain and Sales to improve product development process
  • Handle the centralization of T2 management, operation, price control and sourcing strategy
  • Improve Service Centre operation efficiency to reduce enquiry turnaround time, delivery lead time and running costs
  • Establish the right quality inspection method to ensure that products delivered meet customers’ expectation
  • Manage annual business plan, monitor achievement of operational and financial results and take corrective actions promptly
  • Ensure legal and EHS compliance of the unit in all aspects
  • Be responsible for staff hiring, training and development, including performance reviews and IDPs for all direct reports
  • Drive culture transformation to accelerate T2 business development
  • Excel on project management and act as a change manager
  • Take on additional responsibilities that may be assigned by the Company from time to time 
  • The position will be based in Shanghai with frequent travel to Zhejiang and will report to the Manufacturing Development Director



  • OEM Supplier Management, covering commodity sourcing, planning, warehouse, logistic and SQ
  • High mix low volume
  • Machinery background or bearing experience are much preferred
  • Fluent Oral English
  • Candidate should have mature communication and strong influence power
  • Bachelor degree or above
