HR & Admin Supervisor

Job responsibilities:

  • Ensure application of HR policies and guidelines
  • Team up with business managers to address staffing / ER issues on timely manner
  • Always look at areas for improvement, to review and develop HR initiatives in more efficient and effective manners
  • Supporting line manger to complete the annual talent hiring planning
  • Ensure on-going performance feedback processes to business developing
  • Serving as an escalation point for personnel and employee relations issues and providing guidance and intervention
  • To strictly follow up global corporate policy and regulatory framework, including the terminations, disciplinary, grievance matter, and advising on legal work and potential risks
  • Managing and researching attrition / retention, analyzing trends thorough headcount and exit data and recommending appropriate course of action
  • Build and maintain collaboration, teamwork, and engagement across functional areas and with well communication
  • Work for Plant to managing the routine admin operation job

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above
  • At least 10 years HR related or generalist working experience, include above 5 years automotive industry experience
  • Fluent in English, both in oral and written
  • Efficiency, independence, strong execution skills, and sense of urgency
  • Result-oriented, fast, agile, thoughtful, resourceful, great team-player
  • Have experience of working in multi-culture environment
  • Be tactical and have good communication with good influencing skills
