HR Assistant (Contract)

Job description  

 

Background:

  • A leading consumer company

 

Job responsibilities:

  • Support HR Programs and events, including but not limited to Manager Training, New hire on-board, Leadership Development Program etc
  • Support HRBP in the area of communication, process control and checking, interaction with related stakeholders, collecting feedback etc
  • Work as China HRD’s admin assistant including meeting calendar booking, team meeting agenda arrangement etc
  • Support onsite HR request such as collaboration with other departments such as Corporate Services, Corporate Social Responsibility, cross-china event coordination

 

Requirements:
