Job responsibilities:

  • Support to execute effective local Talent Management initiatives to attract, identify, develop and retain the right employees and to maintain a powerful talent pipeline
  • Support organizational changes (restructuring, mergers & acquisitions and divestments) providing appropriate solutions to the business from HR perspective
  • Counsels and supports business managers in the resolution of specific individual local HR issues
  • This job holder also provides strong support and coordination for all Human Resource activities,Involved in HR Communication activity and support to drive HR policy, framework & guideline communication & implementation
  • Support HRBP to manage labour law/litigation in close collaboration with legal expert to ensure adherence to applicable laws and company rules
  • Provide administrative support to HR BP in organizational changes mainly on process coordination
  • Closely and frequently coordinate and collaborate with various team in HR Function team to continuously drive for process optimization and find the synergy
  • Support HRBP Leader in various new projects and initiatives

  

Job requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • 10+ years of experience in HRBP role, prefer FMCG/Healthcare Industry background
  • Good strategic thinking
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Good command of English
  • Good business sense
  • Dynamic, open minded, results driven and excited on challenges
