Job responsibilities:

  • HRBP for commercial function,including setting up and executing the human resource management policy and procedure, personnel recruiting, training & development, compensation & benefits, employee relationship, and the other related things
  • Facilitate the development of pragmatic solutions to HR issues
  • Work closely with business in the implementation of corporate policies related to HR, organizational and employee development at the business unit or division level
  • Align with function heads and build the talent strategy
  • Build the key position profile and apply in talent selection and development
  • Develop and maintain the talent profile, assess the development needs and retention risk and implement the customized talent retention and development plan

 Job requirements:

  •  Bachelor degree
  • 8+ years working experience in HR function and 5+ HRBP experience
  • Good communication skills and fluent English
  • Good strategic thinking
  • Good command of English
  • Good interpersonal skills to drive for results across functions
  • Dynamic, open minded, results driven and excited on challenges
