Background:

  • A famous company provide IT and Datacenter service

 

Job responsibilities:

  • Prepare compliance reports, perform risk assessment and improve the compliance of internal procedures, controls and documentation
  • Promote compliance awareness internally
  • Keep company updated on relevant new or revised regulations and policies
  • Take charge of investigation or handling actual and potential compliance breaches
  • Identify all associated risks and exposures and provide constructive recommendations to management for improvement and risk mitigation
  • Assist in internal audits such as ISO 27001, SSAE-16, PCI DSS; and potential external accreditation assessments and customer audits
  • Follow up corrective action plan against non-conformities found
  • Perform ad hoc security and compliance related tasks  

 

Job requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years’ related experience in IT operations or compliance
  • Methodical and process driven
  • Prior experience in IT audit, risk management, governance, physical security or compliance function
  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent
  • Fluent in Chinese, good command of English
  • Mature, proactive, detail-minded with strong analytical skills
  • Able to meet deadline and work both independently and collaboratively
  • Willing to OT
  • Good presentation, interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
  • Knowledge in compliance of regulation, occupation safety, security standards & accreditation such as ISO 27001, SSAE 16 or PCI DSS
