Job responsibilities:

  • Keeps open communication with Program Manager
  • Releases Program assumptions to Plant Team
  • Generate and maintain New Program Book
  • Generate and maintain Plant program open issues list
  • Support Primary and Secondary Tool Trials as needed
  • Issue PR’s for secondary tooling/ wip racks/packaging
  • Champion iPSO Review with Program Manager and Run @ Rate with customer
  • Ensures key program dates are met from plant level (MRD to customers)
  • Support customer Launch Builds if needed
  • Champion activities detailed in the Gate process
  • Schedule trial runs at manufacturing plant as appropriate
  • Verify all materials are present for runs until the program is released to mass production
  • Update Program Trial Run Board/s as required
  • Comply with EHS system’s requirements
  • Comply with IATF16949 requirements


Job requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in an engineering technology field
  • 5 years’ experience in automotive industry
  • Excellent oral and written English skill
  • Strong interpersonal communications skills
  • Self-motivated with good business acumen
  • Must have good computer skills-Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Able to travel
  • Able to work overtime
