About the role:     

  • This role contributes to the overall success of Lloyd Morgan implementation of Internal Recruitment Services, as well as ensuring objectives are achieved in an efficient, effective process. And will work closely with HR Department and the broader business

Job responsibilities:

 1. Recruitment and Selection (Internal)

  • Building an accurate candidate profile to drive an effective sourcing strategy
  • Determine appropriate sourcing methods to maximise sourcing expenditure and reduce time to hire
  • Clarify ambiguous job requirements with Hiring Managers including skills and success factors for each role
  • Establish and maintain effective recruitment and selection policies and practices to ensure the integrity and rigour of the staff selection process
  • Participate in resource planning for internal roles to ensuring all vacancies are advertised, recruited in line with best practice and with minimum disruption to business units
  • Assessing candidate suitability using technology, BEI, referral screening and other relevant assessment methods where necessary
  • Communicating candidate profile and fit with reliable evidence, making sound recommendations based on balanced evidence and feedback

2. Relationship Management

  • Build relationships and maintain contact with external suppliers for example, recruitment agencies and consultants, government and accredited bodies
  • Effectively build an understanding of the recruitment needs of each area of the business
  • Develop a cohesive relationship with the Finance Department to ensure internal recruitment needs align with the FY budget
  • Ensure that stakeholders remain informed and engaged throughout the recruitment process. Cultivate relationships as a trusted advisor through consulting and closing on roles with both candidates and hiring managers

3. Sales Prospecting

  • Generate job leads through recruitment activities such as cold calling, call cycle and pipeline management, running promotional campaigns and advertising materials etc
  • Effectively penetrate common types of resistance on sales calls whether from prospects, candidates or clients

4. Networking

  • Build personal brand online to attract talent and nurture candidate relationships
  • Attend industry events and functions where relevant in order to grow knowledge and build relationships
  • Staying abreast of emerging roles and opportunities with current clients and targeted industry sectors
  • Develop effective internal and external relationships to facilitate and share market knowledge

 

Requirements:

  • 3 years + experience in headhunting
  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • Self-motivated, passionate to work and dedicated to continuous improvement and growth
  • Highly proactive and self-motivated to achieve and exceed agreed Key Performance Indicators
  • Good communication skill & mature interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese

 

What’s on offer:    

  • 400-500K per year
