About the role:     

  • As part of Finance Transition Service (FTS), FTS CFM perform quick-response finance transformation and integration services. FTS CFM implement standard finance tools and processes, enforces operational excellence & compliance standards, while driving profitable growth. Through effective change management plans, FTS CFM transform existing or acquired financial management processes bringing them in line with company standards. FTS CFM professionals work with Senior Management throughout the firm, across all Operating Groups, Growth Platforms, and Geographies\
  • Upon joining FTS CFM you are directly responsible for financial integration of newly acquired companies or managing in the CFM Mobility space. Further, as the APAC FTS CFM Transition lead you’ll find amazing opportunities to make a measurable difference by leading a group of 16+ APAC FTS highly-motivated practitioners

Job responsibilities:

  • Work closely with FTS leadership (Global, EALA, NA FTS CFM leads) on executing on team’s global strategy for standardizing and industrializing finance transformation and integration services
  • Develop APAC FTS team strategy and objectives for the team of practitioners
  • Responsible for leading all aspects of a successful APAC FTS CFM team including, but not limited to the following:
    • Staffing decisions, performance escalations and issue resolutions
    • Continuously develop and improve FTS CFM training, methodologies and skills to enhance quality of FTS CFM team
    • Set and supervise performance criteria for FTS CFM teams
    • Initiate and supervise the FTS CFM executives in scheduling and recruiting for APAC region
    • Prepare and participate in FTS CFM meetings and training sessions
  • Directly responsible for client work by partnering with the engagement executives to support delivery of our Commercial services. This includes, but not limited to the following:
    • Responsible for implementing best-practice CFM tools, processes, and procedures on all APAC engagements through contract mobilizations, high-risk contract CFM support, or a CFM assignment to fulfill capability or capacity gaps
    • Ensure compliance to regulatory and organization principles and to perform various financial and contract management functions
    • Partner with other Post Merger Integration (PMI) workstream leads and stakeholders to support the finance integration of the acquired company’s book of business into various company’s financial systems and tools
    • Act as the Finance main point of contact for the acquired engagement executives and other stakeholders to direct financial management processes and reports, trend and variance analysis, establishes key performance indicators (KPIs) and engagement metrics

 

Requirements:

  • Basic Qualifications:
    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting OR other business degree with 9 credit hours of Accounting 
    • Experience: Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience in Finance or Accounting
    • Work Requirement: Up to 75% travel within the APAC region
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Strong supervisory and project management skills
    • Strong analytical, problem solving and negotiating skills
    • Experience on consulting, outsourcing client engagements
    • Proficient Knowledge of company’s Financial Policies
    • Proficient in company and CFM specific programs
    • Proficient in all MS Office programs
