Job responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to determine core capabilities/experiences for success in the roles within their scope, create a strategy for filling these roles and work with hiring managers in attracting the diverse candidates with the right skills and capabilities to ensure short and long-term business objectives and support signature culture
  • Manage the recruiting process from job posting through the final stages (inclusive of offer recommendation and creation, negotiation, closing and onboarding)
  • Leverage knowledge of best practice and capabilities of internal and external recruiters to manage the acquisition of diverse talent
  • Provide ongoing reporting regarding status of current open roles to Human Resources team and functional hiring managers and leaders
  • Manage relationships with key providers when being leveraged for recruitment support

 

Requirements:

  • An experienced talent acquisition professional with 7-10 years experience
  • Demonstrated significant innovation at work, and is not tied to traditional acquisition practices
  • Has worked in companies with great talent acquisition programs and been part of developing framework for greatness
  • Has experience leading projects
  • People management experience
  • Resourceful, able to get a lot done without a lot of resources by using ingenuity and tapping into the ecosystem
  • Collaborative, pitches in as part of the team
  • Global mindset, understands and has been successful in working with a global team and a global audience
  • Fluency in English is a must
