Job responsibilities:

  • Work as TA Partner with HRBP to manage identification, selection and recruitment of talent
  • Attract and recruit top candidates in a cost effective and time efficient manner
  • Map out target talents and keep accumulating talent pool, build up and prepare hiring pipeline upon company business needs
  • Actively source and screen, facilitate interviews and selections, implement offer negotiation and background check
  • Keep updated upon company current and future hiring needs and support business success
  • Advise hiring managers on talent availability, salary ranges and trends
  • Manage offer management process with both candidates and hiring managers
  • Other projects and tasks assigned by company and department 


Job requirements:

  • Bachelor degree above
  • 5+ years recruiting experience in MNC
  • Passion for talent acquisition
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to take high initiative and extra responsibilities
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in Mandarin and English
