Job responsibilities:


Supervise the hiring of commercial and corporate function

  • Conduct all recruitment activities under assigned scope to meet the recruiting targets
  • Maintain high efficiency and effectiveness of daily recruitment operations (screening, interview, present qualified candidates, assessment & selection, offer negotiation and onboarding)
  • Search and identify effective recruiting channels based on business needs and talent market situation
  • Provide suggestions and consulting service to line manager or HRBP with professional experience and expertise
  • Monitor and evaluation vendor performance, ensure service level is maintained and improved continuously
  • Prepare recruitment weekly report and other related data analysis or summaries
  • Involve in hiring process and system improvement, and compliance with HR related policies
  • Support staffing related projects and other tasks assigned by manager



  • Bachelor degree or above with major in Human Resources, Business, or English Language, etc
  • At least 8 years’ experience in recruiting related area in MNC, search firm experience are preferred
  • Understand and familiar with corporate process and policies
  • Familiar with staffing process and system
  • Good at Excel and PPT
  • Fluent English communication and good writing skill
  • Strong interpersonal communication skill and project management
  • Able to drive process and influence people
  • Willing to work under pressure
