PROJECT STAFFING

In response to consistent calls on Lloyd Morgan to support large-scale recruitment projects across the Asia Pacific, Lloyd Morgan has developed its project recruitment offering.

Since the early 1990’s, Lloyd Morgan has ‘staffed’ total start ups ranging from entire factories in China and large scale construction projects in Hong Kong through to business expansion programs for banks, hospitality providers and retailers across the Asia Pacific region.  These projects involved multiple positions of varying levels to be completed within strict timeframes and to exacting standards.

Typically a project recruitment exercise will involve more than 30 contract or permanent positions ranging from General Manager down and involve both executive search and executive selection techniques handled by a team of recruiters who draw up recruitment plans, selection and assessment methodologies, job specifications, employee contracts and induction programs often inclusive of housing, visa and tax assistance for chosen candidates, specifically for a one off vital mass recruitment project where a client has to bring on a large number of staff over a very short period.

The largest project recruitment exercise handled by Lloyd Morgan involved the recruitment of over 2000 staff for a leading global banks business expansion program in China.  Other major projects included the sourcing and provision under contract of 80 specialist staff for a major theme park build, and the provision of specialist transmission line engineers to oversee the build of a 400Kv transmission line.
