AFTER PLACEMENT CARE

At Lloyd Morgan our work is not truly done until well after the candidate has started in their new role.  We don’t consider a role to have been completed until all parties are happy and everyone has clear understanding of what is required for the new hire to be successful in their new role for the future. 

Our ‘After Placement Care’ programme involves regular communication with all parties. Should any issues arise with regard to performance management or similar issues we are always there to assist.

Prior to commencement


We remain in weekly contact with the candidate to ensure that they have handled the resignation and provide counselling if any counteroffers are received.

Week of commencement

During the week we make at least one call to both the client and candidate to make sure all is well. Both the client and candidate receive on-line surveys to provide 360° feedback on Lloyd Morgan’s service.

One month post commencement


We can do an in-depth questionnaire with the candidate to gain an understanding of their experience to date and the on-boarding experience they received.  This questionnaire can be developed with the Client or the Lloyd Morgan ‘Post Commencement Questionnaire’ can be used. 

Three to six months post commencement


If required, an in-depth questionnaire can be carried out with the Candidate to help us gain an understanding of their experience to date.  This questionnaire can be developed with the Client, or the Lloyd Morgan ‘30/60 Day Post Commencement Questionnaire’ can be used.
