COMPETENCY PROFILING

The Job Analysis and Competency Profiling process makes the skills, motivations, attributes and knowledge held by successful performers more transparent. Through a structured process of data gathering and analysis, we will help you to determine the key competencies an individual requires to be successful in a role.

This process can be a driver to bringing the strategy alive at an individual or team level and can inform both executive assessment and development processes. We will draw from our detailed competency library to tailor a clear outline of the key behaviours required for your role/s.

We can help you to develop a competency profile for individual roles or an entire competency framework for your organisation. An organisational competency framework aims to measure key behaviours, motivations, and technical skills.  These behaviours can be measured at all stages in the human resource management function, such as recruitment, training and development, performance appraisal, succession planning, and promotion.  This consistency ensures a continuity of the message communicated to employees.
