OUR PROCESS AT A GLANCE

1. Definition of the Project Team

While we will work with you to run the process, typically we would like to involve your Executive Team as well as your Marketing and HR experts in such a pivotal initiative

2. Data Gathering

Through a series of workshops, interviews and e-surveys as well as review of existing data (such as your cultural climate surveys or exit interview data) – we will gather clear information outlining the key ‘purchasing touch-points’ at every phase of your employees’ lifecycle. Furthermore, given out access to candidates in the external market, we will determine your current employment brand, according to potential future candidates.

3. Data Analysis and Recommendations

You will receive a detailed report outlining the key features of your current employee value proposition and your visionary employee value proposition and suggestions on how to bridge the gap between the two.

4. Communication Strategy Development

Working with your internal and external communications team, as well as our creative advertising agency we will support you to develop an integrated communication strategy.

5. Brand Roll Out

The brand roll out will stretch across a number of key areas such as your recruitment advertising, your careers section on your website, interview processes and structures as well as the management and retention of your current employees.

6. Training and Maintenance

As your employment brand touches every phase of the employment lifecycle, it must be incorporated into every phase from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and exit interviews. We will work with you to provide consulting advice and expertise across these areas with the ultimate goal of complete handover to your HR and Marketing experts.

7. Ongoing Review

Through a structured auditing process, we are happy to offer you 6-monthly brand reviews to ensure your brand remains as fresh and as powerful as it was when it was initially developed.

The key benefit of successful employment branding is that your organisation's exposure and favourable reputation increases, creating consensus among your employees and the outside world that your organization is a great place to work.
