BEHAVIOURAL BASED ASSESSMENT
Behavioural based assessment is the most accurate and legally defensive form of assessment for both your recruitment and development initiatives. Your Lloyd Morgan consultant will work with you to determine the most appropriate behavioural competencies to assess and will draw from our library of executive assessment activities to tailor a thorough process for you. These activities may include:
- Behavioural Event Interviews
- Coaching Role Plays
- Sales Role Plays
- In-tray Exercises
- Team Exercises
The assessment exercises chosen must be representative of the activities undertaken in the individual’s, whether currently or in the near future, to ensure content validity and to have face validity. This gives participant’s confidence in their experience in the assessment process and in the results that they achieve. It also gives participants an opportunity to experience some of the challenges that may be ahead of them. This is particularly true of exercises, such as the development of a strategic plan or operational plan.
