Personality

Our consultants have expertise in both work-oriented and general personality questionnaires. These tools provide an objective measure of behavioural, emotional and attitudinal tendencies. We will use our expertise and understanding of your roles to both identify the implications of hiring an individual into your business as well as identifying any development needs of your current staff.

Emotional Intelligence

Emotional Intelligence (EQ) is a relatively new area for exploration in the organisational psychology arena. EQ assessments can provide invaluable insight into an individual’s leadership style and approach as well as their natural interpersonal skills. EQ assessment is useful for both selection and development. In the case of development, our team will work with you to prepare a tailored coaching and development plan for the leaders in your organisation.

Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ) 

OPQ assesses an individual’s interpersonal style, thinking style and emotional style. It is a useful assessment to gain insight into how an individual is likely to respond to circumstances in the work environment.

5.       Report delivered within 48 hours of assessment completion
