COACHING AND MENTORING - WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE?  

Although mentoring and coaching are similar, they are quite different processes. Mentors are experienced business people who have typically held strategic leadership roles within prominent Australian or International organisations. While mentors may touch on the ‘softer skills’ such as interpersonal style or leadership style, typically, the focus of the sessions will be on skills of a more technical or experiential nature such as writing a business plan or running a board meeting. Our mentoring solutions are delivered by our panel of experienced and respected business professionals.

Lloyd Morgan will work with you to define and deliver a tailored leadership development program for your business. To ensure sustained behavioural change and development, most of our solutions will incorporate one to one coaching or mentoring into the program. To further compliment this, we will draw on the following modules:

  • Emotional Intelligence and Leadership – using a 360 degree survey tool to work with individuals to develop their EQ skills to be a better leader
  • Executive Development Centres – guided by your organisational competency framework, we will facilitate of a range of psychometric and behavioural assessments to identify your leaders’ key areas for development
  • Leadership Development Workshops complimented by one to one coaching sessions and covering areas such as Negotiation, Empathic Leadership and Strategic Solution Development
